Grand Cru of St-Feuillien Brewery is an extra blond beer tasting and re-fermented in the bottle, with a strong character, a pure and subtle hoptoets fermentation aromas
Moss grows generously; it is compact and stable. Its slightly brownish color comes from roasted barley. The color is deep ruby brown. On the nose, the aromatic release is very intense. Herbs contribute greatly to this flattering scent. The beer is round. The sweetness is produced by a synergistic combination of caramelized malts, carefully controlled fermentation and a long cold guard. Bitterness remains in the background; it supports a harmonious whole, built on the balance of components.
