Canna Beer is a beer made with natural ingredients, without filtering or pasteurizing. The whole process is done by hand with a second fermentation in the bottle, to get the best result in pressure and maturation.
Of light bronze color, denoting marked toasted tones, typical of Cara, hops and hemp malt of first quality. It gives off a light vivacity and harmony in its elaboration.
The foam is white, yellowish, creamy on the surface, with abundant and fine pores.
From the nose, it gives the smell of toasted and herbal bread, slightly intense with almost no alcohol present.
In the mouth, it enters soft, with a slight bitterness due to hops and hemp, which is then mixed with the carbonic, to be later helped by the herbal notes and toasted bread of the used malt, an aspect that makes it intense and interesting.
The end is slightly acidic on the front of the tongue, and bitter on the back, persisting both for a few seconds.
